Herb and feta bread rolls - during lockdown, everyone's been baking bread, and I've been no exception. This recipe from Delicous Magazine, looks impressive but was remarkably easy and I've since experimented with other fillings like sundried tomatoes, parmesan, pesto and olives. It truly is 'delicious', especially warm and straight from the oven.
