Dish of The Day 13th June 2020 - Fish Pie
My home made Fish Pie garnished with Parsley and served with peas.I like a variety of fish - mixture of white fish with prawns and salmon added to the slightly creamy sauce. Some sliced hard boiled eggs usually gets included as well. For the mash topping, I use floury white potatoes but mix with a little swede before finishing off with a little grated red Leicester cheese to give it a crunchy finish!
